Our Sunday practices are open to the public, and we would love to have you come train with us. Bring a mouth guard, a cup, and a $10 matt fee if we are training inside, outdoor practices are free. We will supply the rest.

Fall Festival
We are all looking forward to joining Aegir’s Den for another Fall Festival this year. This is one of those events that really stands out. Our wonderful hosts excel at creating a sense of community and making everyone feel like family. Come watch fighters from far and wide battle for your entertainment as you wash down your grand feast with some of the finest mead you will find anywhere in the world.
